Madison was raised in El Segundo and graduated in 2019. She marched with El Segundo High School from 2016-2019 and with Élan Percussion from 2019-2023. After aging out, she joined Élan's administration team and is now the Executive Director.

Madison's goal is to expand the reach of our music program, and to make a positive impact on the band community. She is excited to be part of the team and looking forward to a great season.

This will be Madison’s 2nd year with Elan.

Vada Seclen grew up in Hawthorne, CA and went to El Segundo High School. She marched with El Segundo from 2015-2019 and was a member of Meraki’s 2020 season where she marched with fellow staff members. She is also working as a daycare teacher while earning her bachelor’s degree at a local community college. She has recently joined Élan Percussion’s administration team.

This will be Vada’s 1st year with Elan.

Ashley Chan is a freelance photographer based in Chino Hills, CA. She was a member of Meraki for the 2020 season and has also performed with Impulse Drum and Bugle Corps as well as Gold Indoor Percussion. Ashley keeps connected with the marching world through her passion for photography and capturing unforgettable moments.

This will be Ashley’s 1st year with Elan.
