As the Executive Director of Élan Winterguard in my second year, I am passionately committed to nurturing talent and fostering a vibrant community within our organization. I have been involved with Élan since its inception in 2013, and later, as a board memhber, contributed to our growth and success. My experience and dedication to the Winterguard program reflect my beliefs in the transformative power of the arts. I am excited to continue leading our team as we inspire creativity, teamwork, and excellence in every single performance.
